It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Julia Johnston-Groves, who left us peacefully on 15th October 2025.
Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She was a guiding light, a storyteller, and a source of endless comfort.
Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her brother, children, grandchildren, and all who were fortunate enough to share in her kindness and grace. We will miss her deeply, but we take solace in the beautiful memories she leaves behind.
A private/family service will be held to honour her life. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Durham Donkey Rescue in West Edmondsley Farm, Durham, a cause close to her heart.
Forever loved, forever remembered.
